Description:
Made for the most demanding street applications. the BV50 Series is the best-flowing blow off valve on the market for boost applications under 35 PSI.
Each valve comes pre-equipped with an internal 6 PSI Spring. and inside the box is an additional 18 PSI spring for those who need higher resistance (for a guide to spring rates please see the final image above).
The BV50 Series became the most popular valve on the market for high boost street applications. delivering 60% more airflow over competing 50mm blow off valves.
To guarantee worry-free operation. the 1.98″ (50.5mm) valve is clamped in place with a Viton O-ring to prevent sticking.
The valve guide and stem have been PTFE lubricated and anodized for longevity.
The V-Band aluminum flange allows for Universal installation by a professional. as it can be welded to any aluminum charge pipe on a turbo or supercharged vehicle.
The stainless steel clamp provides a long-lasting and clean installation. free of corrosion.
The oversized 10mm banjo bolt provides faster actuator response. reducing the amount of stress on your turbo.
